Giveaway terms and conditions

By entering the promotion, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency in any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

Email competitions open on the 1st of each month and closes on the last day of each month at midnight. Instagram competitions open and close as stated in the original competition post. Campaign competitions open and close as stated in the campaign material.

  1. One entry per person is permitted on our landing page competition. Enter for a chance to win a tree prize in our monthly competition. 

  2. Multiple entries per person are permitted in our Instagram giveaway competitions and our campaign competitions.

  3. Acceptance of the terms and conditions is a condition of entry.

  4. By submitting your details as an entry to the competition you agree to International Tree Foundations contacting you on these details if you are a winner.

  5. The prize is as stated and no cash alternative is available.

  6. There is one prize available.

  7. The prize can not be exchanged, refunded, or returned.

  8. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  9. International Tree Foundations reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

  11. By entering the email monthly prize draw you will be signed up to the newsletter which you can opt out of at any time. 

  12. If we do not receive a reply to our message about you winning a prize within 3 days we reserve the right to pick another winner.
