Every year on Earth Day, millions of people around the world celebrate nature in all its life-giving wonder. And millions of us take actions, great and small, to express our urgent need to conserve and restore the earth.

International Tree Foundation was founded in 1922 to restore forests through local communities. We are among the longest standing member of the global restoration movement. Last year, thanks to people like you, we planted over 805,000 trees. This year, we plan to plant to even more because our earth depends on it. But our restoration work is only possible with the support of people like you.

This year Earth Day is Thursday 22nd April and we have partnered with the Big Give to double your impact.

If you donate to ITF between 22nd – 29th April, the Big Give will double your donation. That means you can make double the difference for the planet this Earth Day.

This appeal is important. The majority of our income is spent directly on projects, growing saplings and training for example. A small share of our budget goes towards essential support services, including fundraising, showing the impact of our work, and managing our finances. This appeal is to sustain these essential support services.

We are a lean and cost-effective charity. Every penny counts and this Earth Day your pennies count for double.

Please donate this Earth Day and help us to plant more trees and restore and conserve more forests in the UK and across Africa.
