Terms and conditions: ITF Virtual Raffle, 2011
1. Participation in this raffle costs £1.50 per raffle ticket.
2. This raffle is open to residents of mainland Great Britain (this excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands).
3. No tickets can be sold to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 16 years.
4. If a ticket is sold unknowingly to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 16 they will be exempt from the raffle and will forfeit their prize.
5. Employees and trustees of the International Tree Foundation (ITF) are ineligible to enter this raffle. Any tickets bought in the name of ITF employees and trustees or members of their households will be rejected from the draw and considered as donations to ITF.
6. Monies raised by this raffle will support the general work of ITF, Registered Charity no.1106269.
7. Payment for participation in the raffle can be made by credit/ debit card through the secure payment system on the site.
8. Raffle tickets will be entered into the draw when the whole payment is received.
9. ITF accepts no responsibility for raffle tickets which are lost, damaged, illegible, or from which the prize-winner cannot be identified, or for any technical failure or event which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.
10. All tickets for the main draw must be bought before midnight on Wednesday 2nd November, 2011.
11. Any ticket entries received after Wednesday 2nd November, 2011 will be considered as donations to ITF.
12. The main draw will take place on Thursday 3rd November, 2011.
13. Three raffle tickets will be drawn randomly.
14. The first ticket number drawn will win a pair of tickets to the 2000trees Festival which takes place on 13th and 14th July, 2012 in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.
15. The second ticket number drawn will win a family pass to The Living Rainforest experience, Berkshire, England. Valid until 31st March, 2012.
16. The third ticket drawn will win a ‘Big Plants’ book by Martyn Ferry (RRP £49.95) and the option to have a tree planted in their name, this will be arranged through the International Tree Foundation (ITF).
17. The result of the raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
18. Winners will be notified by email or telephone no later than one week after the draw date. A list of winners will also be published at internationaltreefoundation.org/raffle within two weeks of the draw date. Please keep the ticket number as proof of purchase.
19. Where ITF is unable to contact a prize-winner so that a prize remains unclaimed for six months following ITF’s first attempt to notify the prize-winner, ITF may apply the prize as it sees fit, including by re-offering the prize in future raffles.
20. All winners are required to co-operate with ITF’s right to publish their win as and where deemed appropriate, and to provide proof of age when requested.
21. If you or a family member feel that you are experiencing problems with gambling, you can seek advice and support from GamCare on 0845 6000 133 or via their website gamcare.co.uk.

23. In the event of an error, howsoever caused, whether a printing error or otherwise and whether obvious or otherwise, which affects the raffle in any way, the organisers reserve the right to administer the raffle as though the error had not occurred. Where the organisers deem it appropriate and/or feasible ITF will notify entrants of the error.
24. Names of winners and results of the raffle will be available on receipt of a request to fund@internationaltreefoundation.org
25. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the disqualification of the entry. Organisers reserve the right to disqualify any entry at their absolute discretion.
