Finance and Admin Assistant

Do you have excellent bookkeeping skills with high levels of accuracy? Do you have experience of data entry and record keeping? Are you a friendly and effective communicator and team player? Do you have an interest in environmental issues?

If you answer yes to the questions above, we would love to hear from you. ITF is looking for a part-time Finance and Admin Assistant to support the Finance and Facilities Manager in the effective and efficient management of ITF finances and facilities.

This is a part time position for 14 hours per week based at our new offices in Oxford. There is some scope for flexibility in the days worked. The starting salary offered is £18,727 – £20,808 per annum pro rata depending on experience.

Programmes Volunteer

THIS is a great opportunity to volunteer with ITF at our offices in Summertown, Oxford. It offers the chance to learn new skills, gain confidence and experience working in a dynamic office environment while contributing to our vital work.

Working closely with the Programmes Manager you will have the chance to learn and contribute to all areas of our programme management.  This involves monitoring and supporting forestry projects in Africa and the UK from our office in Oxford.

We are looking for an excellent communicator with a dynamic and well-organised approach. If you are motivated, enthusiastic and especially if you have experience with environmental projects and an interest in environmental and international development issues, then this is the perfect role for you.

Volunteer Communications Assistant

WORKING closely with the Communications and Fundraising Officer, you will have the chance to learn and contribute to all areas of our communications activity including content for our website and social media. You may also be able to contribute to our bimonthly E-newsletter and annual Trees Journal.

This is a chance to work as a volunteer at ITF’s office in Summertown, Oxford – and a valuable opportunity for someone wanting to gain experience in the not-for-profit conservation and development sector.  If you are looking for ways to gain employability, this is a great way to learn new skills whilst building confidence and contributing to our vital work.

Volunteer Fundraising Assistant

We are looking for a self-starter with a “can do” attitude to work as a voluntary fundraiser with our team. You will have the chance to learn and contribute to all areas of our fundraising activity, managing your own projects and supporting others.

At the International Tree Foundation we plant, protect and promote trees and forests in the UK and internationally by working with communities to establish sustainable community forestry projects that benefit the environment, individuals and communities.
