Oxford Half Marathon

Brighton Marathon

15 April 2018

In the vibrant and picturesque seaside setting of Brighton, this is one of the country’s most popular marathons with competitors travelling from all over the country to take part. ITF have two places available for next year’s race on 15 April. Get in touch at the above address to find out more and receive your Supporter’s Pack.

London to Brighton Cycle

16 September 2018

This well-known event is a must for enthusiastic cyclists – the route has become so popular that several rides take place each year through multiple organisers. The next chance to take part is 16 September 2018 so if you want to secure a place, get on your bike!

The route is 54 miles from Clapham Common to the Brighton seafront, with lunch at around halfway in Turners Hill, West Sussex. The ride takes in many country roads and a stretch of beautiful scenery on the South Downs.

To register, participants pay £45 and must raise a minimum of £150 for their chosen charity. In return they receive practical support en-route, a free buffet lunch and a commemorative medal at the finish. This is one of the best deals around for this type of adventure! Talk to us about signing up – we will offer extra support and encouragement to help you reach your goal and are happy to refund your registration fee once your fundraising target is met.

Yorkshire Three Peaks Weekend

13 – 15 July 2018 or 31 August – 2 September 2018

The Yorkshire Three Peaks is a serious walking challenge taking in the three mountains of Ingleborough, Whernside and Pen y Ghent (each around 700m in height). On this weekend adventure you will conquer all three peaks in just two days, experiencing beautiful scenery, making new friends, pushing yourself physically and camping under the stars. Check the website for information on necessary training, equipment and fitness levels.

Registration costs £75 and you will be expected to raise £490. Included within this price is food, accommodation and camping equipment (excluding sleeping bag and roll mat), vehicle support, transfers and pick-up/drop-off from the station, adventure leaders and cooks. Once again, we will refund your registration fee when you meet your fundraising target and will give help and support with training and fundraising.

Individual and community fundraising are vital to what ITF do. If you want to run, walk, cycle, swim or anything else on behalf of ITF – we are eagerly waiting to hear from you. Our most recent sporty fundraiser ran the Brighton Marathon for the first time and raised over £500!
