Our Complaints Procedure

ITF are always happy to receive comments, feedback and suggestions relating to any matters and you can use the contact details below.

If you have a complaint specifically regarding aspects of ITF’s fundraising practices, as members of the FRSB, we will ensure:

  • Any complaints will be dealt with properly and treated seriously.
  • Complaints will be resolved promptly.
  • Any complaints will be treated in confidence.

What to do if you have a Fundraising complaint

If you have a Fundraising complaint you can contact ITF in writing by email or post.

What will happen?

Once ITF have received your fundraising complaint in writing by email or post, we will acknowledge your complaint within 14 days. We will advise the outcome of our investigations within 30 days of the date ITF wrote to acknowledge your complaint.

Please note: ITF do not have to investigate a fundraising complaint which refers to an incident more than 3 months old.

If a complaint is not resolved

FRSB logoIf you feel your complaint is unresolved after this time, you may refer your complaint to the FRSB for review. This must be made within 2 months of receiving a final response from ITF.
