Lorraine Dunk (Director)
Lorraine joined ITF in October 2008. Prior to this she worked as CEO of both the Landscape Design Trust and the Environmental Investigation Agency. She also held interim roles as Head of Sustainable Funding and Head of Governance at the National Council for Voluntary Organizations. This followed a period of over 15 years in education and business publishing, seven years of which were based in Malawi and Ethiopia. Lorraine has a MSc in Biodiversity Conservation (Imperial College, London), a MSc in European Studies (LSE) and a degree in Business Studies. She is a trustee of the African Conservation Foundation.

Jo George (Office Manager)
Jo joined ITF in October 2007, after a Career break to raise her two young sons. Jo has spent all her working life in office administration, upon leaving school worked as Clerk/Typist for 2 years at a Motor Dealership and then spent 12 years with a Duty Free Agency; 4 years as Receptionist/Administrator,  progressing to 8 years as Executive Secretary to the Directors and Managing Director. Jo is local to the Crawley Down area and enjoys the variety her role at ITF brings.

Sarah Leeming (Accounts – self employed)
Sarah originally joined ITF in 2003 as an Administrator, leaving in October 2006 to raise her three daughters.  She returned to ITF in May 2008 as the Book-Keeper.   Sarah has worked within the  Financial sector since leaving School, starting at HSBC Bank and moving on to various Accounts roles.  She is now a self-employed qualified Book-Keeper.

Elisa Murray (Programmes Administrator)

Elisa joined ITF in January 2010.  When she is not working at ITF Elisa is studying for an Open University BSc (Hons) Open Degree including health and environmental science.  She spent the first part of her career as a PA. After a career change, Elisa trained to become an Aromatherapist, and worked for Trinity College in Dublin as well as practicing Aromatherapy for staff and students.  Upon return to the UK she worked as Registrar for the International College of Oriental Medicine, then moved to the Open University, then to University College London (UCL) where she worked for Professor Weiss (who spent his career researching a vaccine for AIDS).  She currently also works for OU disabled students as a non-medical helper.  Elisa believes in the mission of ITF and in the spirit of our founder St Barbe Baker and is enjoying being a part of his legacy.
